Anzhela Krimer

Hi! My name is Marcia Delgado and I am the Director of Prodigy Academie. I have my degree in Early Childhood Education and have made this my career for the past 30 years, half of that in Administration.

I have been with Prodigy since the beginning and have helped Mrs. Anzhela mold the program into what it is today.

I, sometimes, get asked if I am "tired of doing this yet", the answer is NO. I love seeing the children's eyes light up when they have that ah ha! moment, or experience something new and challenging.

I look forward to having your family join ours!

Joy has been enjoying her career as a speech-language pathologist since 2000 while working in various settings including public and private schools, clinics, preschools, early intervention and mentoring numerous graduate student clinicians. In addition to treating children with speech and language delays and disorders, she has extensive training in oral placement and feeding therapy.

Having previously worked at Sara R. Johnson and Associates, Joy was trained by Sara Rosenfeld Johnson and Lori Overland. She is highly trained in diagnosing children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) and has evaluated children in conjunction with Dr. Marilyn Agin of New York City, co-author of The Late Talker, What to Do If Your Child Is Not Talking Yet, (St. Martin’s Press, 2003).

She is also trained in various methods in treating children with motor speech disorders including the multi-dimensional PROMPT method.

My name is Melissa Vargas, and I have a passion for early learning, especially enriching young minds through play and mindful hands-on experiences. I have been teaching 4-5-year-olds for the past 5 years with a degree in early childhood education and continuing to work towards obtaining other credentials and degrees. In the past, I’ve worked at a Russian school with preschool children who needed additional assistance in acquiring and mastering the English language and the basic skills needed for kindergarten. I am proud to call Prodigy Academie my new home.

I have been employed at Prodigy Academie since the summer of 2021. I believe that this center is a wonderful place for your child to begin their education both academically and emotionally. We are a great team with an incredible passion for each individual child. I feel very proud and lucky to be part of such a great group of teachers.

My name is Ms. Frida. I graduated from Stockholm University, Sweden, with a bachelor’s in Child and Youth education. I have worked at a kindergarten school in Sweden for several years. I’ve been working at Prodigy since the end of 2019.

I’ve had the pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with kids of different age groups here at Prodigy. Currently, I am the lead teacher for Explores. Nothing is more rewarding than enabling a child to explore, see and learn for themselves. Watching children grow and develop into confident, self-sufficient learners is fantastic. I can guarantee that there is never a dull moment here at Prodigy.

Hello! My name is Sara Amaya, and I am thrilled to be a Lead Teacher at Prodigy Academie, while also working alongside Ms. Marcia to ensure your little ones are well cared for each day!

With experience working with children across all age groups, I am passionate about creating a warm, and inclusive environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to thrive. I believe that laughter and smiles are two of the most powerful tools in a classroom. I love incorporating fun and engaging experiences that encourage learning, exploration, and fun. My goal is to help all children succeed academically while also building confidence, independence, and other essential skills.

Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education while simultaneously working toward my Master’s degree. My ultimate goal is to become a director and continue making a positive impact in early childhood education.

Outside of teaching, I enjoy cheerleading and spending quality time with my family and friends. I am looking forward to an exciting school year filled with learning, laughter, and growth. I can’t wait to work closely with each family to support their little one and help them blossom throughout the school year!tion goes here

Farida is a certified EKG technician with over 15 years of experience in pediatric and cardiac care. She currently works at Prodigy Academie, where she brings her healthcare expertise into a nurturing classroom environment.

As a dedicated mom of two, Farida is passionate about caring for others and loves supporting children during their early years of growth and development.

I have 17 yrs of experience in childcare and early development. I have work with children ranging in ages from 6 months to 5 years of age.

I have a degree in Early Childhood Education and love working with children. Looking forward in watching the children in my class grow and learn.

My passion in life is educating and making a positive difference in the lives of children. I have more than 14 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, and throughout my career, I have had the privilege of watching children learn, grow, discover their abilities, and develop their own unique personalities.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, and my most recent

experience was working at a school that followed the Montessori educational approach, where I worked with children ages 4 and 5. This experience strengthened my belief in the importance of respecting each child’s individual pace, interests, and way of learning.

I believe that every child is unique and deserves to feel loved, respected, supported, and confident in their learning environment. For me, teaching is much more than helping children learn academic skills. It is about building meaningful connections, understanding their needs, encouraging their curiosity, and helping them discover their own potential.

I love creating engaging experiences that inspire creativity, independence, exploration, and a genuine love for learning. Seeing a child accomplish something for the first time, gain confidence, or simply smile because they are proud of what they created is one of the most rewarding parts of being an educator.

Early Childhood Education is not simply my career—it is my vocation, my passion, and something I truly love. I feel grateful every day for the opportunity to be part of a child’s early years and to contribute to the foundation of their future.

I believe that the little moments become the biggest memories in a child’s life.
